• Fixed an issue related to changing the charge speed limit for an EV Charger 1.6.1 02/27/2025 Brightlayer Home now supports Eaton’s new AbleEdge Smart Breakers - our next generation of smart breakers which include remote control and energy monitoring.
The AbleEdge Smart Breakers introduce some new features including fault details and history, an improved commissioning workflow, and more. In addition, we have improved the commissioning process to better handle situations where devices may be in a setup incomplete state when it fails in the middle of the process.

Other bug fixes/improvements include:
• Fixed an issue causing some users to not be able to manage multiple homes
• Corrected some mistakes in our help and FAQ sections
• Fixed some minor issues related to translations

Known issues we are working on:
• Users are unable to edit EV schedules in some cases 1.6.0 02/12/2025 We are happy to introduce translations in Spanish and French. You can adjust your language preferences in the side navigation menu under “App Settings”.

• Various UI improvements and enhancements related to Energy and EV charging
• Fixed an issue related to EV charge sessions sometimes not starting properly when on a schedule
• When a user changes their password, it will now require the user to login on all instances of the app with the new password
• Various other minor bug fixes and improvements. 1.4.5 10/21/2024 This release is a required update for all users. Updates include the ability to see your EV charging usage history as well as various bug fixes and UI improvements.
